At INA Ecommerce, we offer digital courses and downloadable educational content. Due to the nature of digital products, we follow a strict no refund and no return policy once the product or course access has been delivered.
1. Non-Refundable Products
All digital courses, downloads, and learning materials sold on our platform are non-refundable once purchased. This includes but is not limited to:

2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds will be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same product.
 - Technical Error: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our side and it cannot be resolved within 3 business days.
 - Incorrect Product Delivery: If the product delivered is completely different from what was advertised on the sales page.
